Spellbound (United Artists, 1945). Very Fine. Lobby Card Set of 8 (11" X 14").
Alfred Hitchcock's Spellbound is a masterful tale of amnesia and double identities based on the novel The House of Dr. Edwardes by Hilary Saunders and John Palmer. This set of original-release lobby cards, offered at Heritage for the first time as a complete set, convey the romance, tension, and mystery of the film which stars Ingrid Bergman and Gregory Peck. The cards each have a couple of pinholes in the top-left corner, lift edge wear, and faint and unobtrusive smudges and stains. One of the cards has a faint tape stain in the bottom border, one card has a mild stain in the lower part of the image area, and a few of the cards have thin dust shadows and very subtle rippling in the border.

    Estimate: $1,500 - $3,000.
