    Description

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (RKO, 1937). One Sheet (27" X 41") Style A.
Walt Disney invested 1,500,000 depression-era dollars and three years of hard work, along with the combined talents of 570 artists, into the production of this animation classic. Despite the doubts of everyone ranging from studio executives to Walt's own wife, the film was a huge success, earning an astounding $8.5 million. Considered to be one of Disney's top works, this film remains a favorite among fans everywhere. This style A one sheet is a more elusive find than its style B counterpart, and pictures a colorful image of our seven diminutive heroes. The poster has benefited from professional restoration to fold wear, a few mild chips at the top edge, and some ink stamp bleedthrough in the lower right border. There was a diagonal tear with paper loss from Doc's hat into the word "Dwarfs" that is no longer visible. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.

    Estimate: $1,200 - $2,400.
