    Description

Wink Magazine (Wink Inc., June, 1952). Magazine (50 Pages, 8.5" X 11.5"). Sexploitation.
Note: the cover artwork is by one of the most prolific pin-up artists ever to hold a brush: Peter Driben (who worked on the original ad campaigns for The Maltese Falcon). Driben was so prolific that he would often have as many as six or seven covers being published every month from Flirt, Whisper, Titter, Wink, Eyeful, Giggles, Joker, Beauty Parade, etc. Don't miss the fabulous 2011 February Beverly Hills Signature Illustration Art Auction #5052 coming up that will feature some amazing original art by Peter Driben from the incomparable Charles Martignette Collection. An unrestored magazine with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, minor cover creases and corner bumps, faint stains on both covers, or very minor tears. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Very Fine-.
