The first of two Junior G-Men serials, starring the Dead End Kids and Little Tough Guys, this chapterplay has the boys joining forces with the FBI to thwart a terrorist group. Fresh from their starring roles in such classics as Dead End (1937) and Angels With Dirty Faces (1938), the gang joined Universal Studios to make several serials and programmers before moving on. In this incarnation of the gang, the stars were Billy Halop, Huntz Hall, Gabriel Dell and Bernard Punsly. Offered in this auction are chapters 2 through 12, lobby card sets of the twelve chapter serial. These sets are in unused and immaculate condition and each set contains the brown paper sleeve in which the cards were distributed in 1940. Near Mint/Mint.
