Flash Gordon (Universal, 1936). Pressbooks (2) (Multiple Pages). Feature and Serial. Starring Larry "Buster" Crabbe, Jean Rogers, Charles Middleton, Frank Shannon, Priscilla Lawson. Directed by Frederick Stephani. These rare pressbooks are for the serial and the feature movie. Unrestored pressbooks that may be slightly brittle due to age, show some paper loss or staining, very minor tape stains, writing in an unobtrusive place, and/or some very slight fading to colors. They are most likely in need of some degree of work or restoration. The feature film book has pieces of cellophane tape on the edges and fold lines, and no cuts. The serial book has no cover, and seven cuts. Grades on all restored items are pre-restoration grades; Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. A 1977 letter of provenance from the Universal Research Department is included. Folded, Very Good.
