This vibrant one sheet for Columbia's 1950 serial Atom Man vs. Superman captures the excitement of the Man of Steel's second screen outing, with Kirk Alyn reprising his groundbreaking role as Superman in the first live-action adaptations of the DC Comics hero. The story pits him against Lyle Talbot as the devious Lex Luthor, who, disguised as Atom Man, threatens to unleash destruction upon Metropolis in a suspense-filled battle of good versus evil. Featuring a bold heroic inset image of Superman, this Chapter 1 poster is a striking piece of cinematic history and a prized treasure for superhero serial collectors. Expert restoration throughout, including airbrushing, touchup, and replacement, has corrected edge and fold wear, creases, several tears, chips/chipping, and a few areas of significant chips/slight paper loss. Thanks to these efforts, it now presents very well.
