World Without End (Allied Artists, 1956). Very Fine- on Linen. 24 Sheet (233" X 105.5").
Returning to Earth after the first manned voyage to Mars, a group of astronauts travel through a time warp and arrive in the 26th century, and find a world devastated by atomic war. Now, in the face of deformed mutants, hideous giant spiders, and the requisite beautiful women, it's up to the visitors, led by Hugh Marlowe and Rod Taylor, to reclaim the planet for humanity. A first time offering at Heritage, this massive billboard poster comes in twelve separate panels, each individually backed on linen. No touchup has been applied to the panels, which show edge and fold wear, minor fold separations, creases, paper lifts, and slight chipping. There are a few small tears, as well as two larger tears at the bottom, and faint toning at the borders and folds. This is the most scarce of formats for this film! Very Fine- on Linen.
