This Island Earth (Universal International, 1955). Folded, Very Fine-. Insert (14" X 36"). Reynold Brown Artwork.
A scene of destruction on the planet Metaluna by Reynold Brown features on this classic one sheet for the 1950s sci-fi classic. Popular in its day as a sterling example of the genre, the film gained a further following from new generations after it served as the experiment in Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie (1995). Folded as issued, the poster exhibits a chips at the top corners and the right edge, minor fold wear and creasing in the right border, as well as light smudges to the white border. There is tape residue on the verso which does not bleed through. Overall, it presents well.
