    Description

Star Wars Official Poster Monthly (Paradise Press, 1970s/1980s). Magazines (16) (Multiple Pages,8.5" X 11"). Science Fiction.
Throughout the late 70s and early 80s it appeared that millions of cases of "Star Wars Fever" had broken out and the only known cure was repeated exposure to anything Star Wars. Faced with an epidemic, "Star Wars Official Poster Monthly" was born and became the first poster book dedicated exclusively to Star Wars. The featured issues in this lot offer in depth coverage on the making of Star Wars, full color photos on every page and a fold out wall poster in each issue. Included are issues 3,6,14 and 18 with articles, pictures and behind the scenes stories on Artoo, Tattooine, the first view of The Empire Strikes Back with Luke and a Tauntaun, Imperial Star Destroyers, Yoda, and more. Unrestored magazines with bright color and clean overall appearances. They may have general signs of use, such as slight handling and edge wear, soft corner bumps, or very minor tears. There are duplicate issues in this lot. Please see full-color, enlargeable image above for more details. Very Fine.
