Star Wars (20th Century Fox, 1978). Rolled, Very Fine-. Japanese B1 (29" X 40.5") Award Style, Seito Artwork.
This striking Japanese poster presents a refreshed interpretation by artist Seito, who reworks Tom Jung's classic composition with new visual elements. The updated design introduces city skylines, a hillside backdrop, and repositions R2-D2 and C-3PO to the opposite side of the central figures, giving the piece a distinctive and dynamic balance. At the bottom left, this poster highlights the film's historic Oscar performance. Only offered by Heritage Auctions three times previous, the last of which was 13 years ago. Poster exhibits small tears, faint foxing, and minor edge wear.
