Not of This Earth, directed by King of the B Movies, Roger Corman, is a 1950s sci-fi cult classic that blends eerie atmosphere with inventive low-budget storytelling. Paul Birch stars as a chilling, emotionless alien whose race is dying from a blood disease, prompting him to come to Earth in search of a grisly cure: harvesting human blood. The film's unsettling tone and clever use of limited resources earned it a loyal following, solidifying its place in the genre. A highlight of the film's original campaign is this striking one sheet, featuring Beverly Garland in the foreground and a tentacled, one-eyed monster looming behind her, an image that remains one of the most iconic in science fiction poster art. The borders and parts of the lower light green background have been airbrushed while touchup has been applied to the folds to correct edge and fold wear, pinholes and pinhole chips/tears, creases, fold/crossfold separation, tears, staining, verso paper lifts, and slight chips/a couple of areas of paper loss that have been further addressed by replacement.
