Invasion of the Saucer-Men (American International, 1957). Fine on Linen. Cuban One Sheet (27" X 37").
A first time offering at Heritage. Invasion of the Saucer Men was produced on a modest budget by American International Pictures and directed by Edward L. Cahn, known for his quick-paced B-movie work. The alien costumes, designed with oversized heads and glowing eyes, were crafted to be visually striking yet inexpensive, contributing to the film's campy aspect. Backed to linen, restoration has addressed splits, tears and chips along the fold lines and some of the borders. There has been airbrushing to the borders, some of the white areas, within the upper blurb as well as touch-up to the girl, the large alien and some background elements. The poster presents well, but some issues remain visible.
