One of the most iconic mid-century pulp sci-fi posters, Reynold Brown's one sheet for Attack of the 50 Foot Woman, has transcended the movie it was created to promote. With its tableau of be-skirted and bikini-topped Allison Hayes standing astride a freeway bridge of fleeing motorists, the illustration was hyper-provocative for its time and remains both alluring, menacing, and wonderfully camp in almost equal measure. The poster had very minor fold wear and touch-up has been applied to the folds and airbrushing to the borders and still presents bold reds and yellows throughout. An essential piece for any genre collection, the poster remains bright and vibrant overall.
