    Description

    Twenty-One (First National, 1923). One Sheet (27" X 41").
Immensely popular for his debonair looks, Richard Barthelmess drew scores of women to his romantic dramas and held his own on screen in more serious roles, eventually becoming one of Hollywood's highest paid actors and a founder of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Barthelmess was near the pinnacle of his career when he starred in this social drama, acting opposite of the talented Dorothy Mackaill under the direction of John S. Robertson. This exquisite stone litho one sheet is a first time offer from Heritage, and has had touchup to the folds, a few scattered pinholes in the borders and interior, and small chips in the borders. There were a few tears in the upper border into the background. Very Fine- on Linen.
