    Description

    The Prince and the Showgirl & Others Lot (Warner Brothers, 1957). Lobby Cards (8), Title Lobby Card (11" X 14") & Trimmed Photos (3) (7" X 9.5", 7" X 9.25"). Romance.
Starring Marilyn Monroe, Laurence Olivier, Sybil Thorndike, Richard Wattis, Jeremy Spenser, Esmond Knight, and Paul Hardwick. Directed by Laurence Olivier. Included in this lot are title lobby cards and lobby cards from Bus Stop (20th Century Fox, 1956), lobby cards from Some Like it Hot (United Artists, 1959), Let's Make Love (20th Century Fox, 1960), and three vintage gelatin silver, single weight, glossy trimmed photos also from The Prince and the Showgirl. Unrestored lobby cards and trimmed photos with overall presentable appearances. They may have edge wear, creases, tears, splices, smudges, color fading, toning, pinholes, stains, smudges, and minor surface scuffs. The lobby cards from Bus Stop have paint in the image area, replacing the original title with the French translation, and have a Canadian censor ink stamp mark in the image area. The photos have been trimmed on all sides and the glossy finish has worn off over most of the image area. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Fine.
