The Clock (MGM, 1945). One Sheet (27" X 41").
In her first dramatic, non-singing role, Judy Garland stars opposite Robert Walker in this romantic film about a soldier who spends his two days of leave touring New York with a young woman he's just met. The film was directed by Garland's future husband, Vincente Minnelli. Garland and Walker look absolutely made for each other, in a clock bordered image where she is seen leaning over his shoulder. Professional restoration has addressed chips and tears in the borders and at the crossfolds, and writing on the verso in the clock. The white areas have been airbrushed, leaving a very fresh, highly presentable poster. Heritage has only sold this format once previously. Fine+ on Linen.
