Love In The Afternoon (Allied Artists, 1957). One Sheet (27" X 41"). The late, great Billy Wilder's romantic comedy starring Audrey Hepburn and Gary Cooper set in Paris, was a tribute to his idol Ernst Lubitsch. One of the film's highlights is a running gag involving a quartet of gypsy violinists, who insist upon following Cooper wherever he goes, including a steam bath.This poster is an example of the strong graphic design of Saul Bass.
