Inspired by one of Hollywood's most lauded and enjoyable films, this one sheet is an essential piece in any well conceived poster collection. Skillfully adapted from the Truman Capote novella, this picture is a potpourri of delights -- wit, romance, humor, New York City and Tiffany's in the 1960s, Audrey Hepburn, a score by Henry Mancini, and lest we not forget -- that iconic Givenchy black dress. Hepburn's "look" in this film is one of the silver screen's most imitated, from the black crepe gown, to the massive pearl necklace cascading down Hepburn's back, to the diamond jewelry used as a hair ornament. Highly acclaimed poster artist Robert McGinnis is credited with bringing Holly Golightly (Hepburn) splendidly to life on this well preserved poster. Only touchup to the folds and pinholes in the corners can be noted. Very Fine on Linen.
