    Description

The History of Rock and Roll - The Real Don Steele and Glen Campbell & Other Lot (KHJ, 1969). Radio Show Poster (18.5" X 28") & Black Light Personality Poster (21.5" X 33.25"). Rock and Roll.
Clocking in at 48 hours in its original format and 52 hours in later extended releases, The History of Rock and Roll is one of the longest documentaries recorded in either audio or visual media. Using the acclaim garnered by their "Rockumentary," radio station KHJ promotes the now-famous California disk jockey The Real Don Steele and singer, songwriter, and television host Glen Campbell. Also included in this lot with The History of Rock and Roll is a black light personality poster of singer/actor Bobby Sherman (Houston Blacklight & Poster, 1970). Unrestored posters with bright color and clean overall appearance. They may have general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, minor creases, tears, and light surface scuffs. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Artwork for The History of Rock and Roll by Frank Morton. Rolled, Very Fine.
