    Description

A Hard Day's Night (United Artists, 1964). Good- on Linen. One Sheet (27" X 41.5").
A Hard Day's Night was thrown together on a rush schedule at the apex of Beatlemania, much to the delight of fans everywhere. Shot in pseudo-documentary style, the film shows a "typical" day in the life of the group. The poster offered here is a collector favorite, as it capitalizes on the group's enormous cultural and style appeal, complete with their famous "mop tops." Prior to restoration this one sheet displayed slight fold wear and separations, as well as a few small chips and tears. The title had once been painted over but is now restored to its original text. The white background, borders, text, guitar, title, and parts of the image have been airbrushed.

    Estimate: $600 - $1,200.
