Muscle of Love by Alice Cooper (Warner Brothers Records, 1973). Vinyl Record in Original Packaging (12.5" X 12.5"). Rock and Roll.
The seventh studio album of shock-rocker Alice Cooper was a return to a more basic rock sound with such songs as "Teenage Lament '74," "Big Apple Dreamin'," and "Man with the Golden Gun," which was intended to appear on the soundtrack of the James Bond film of the same name. The story known is that Cooper was late in submitting the song and the producers chose to go with the title track sung by British singer, Lulu. The packaging of the album was quite unique, foregoing the usual record jacket, the original LP was packaged with a shallow cardboard carton, with an intentionally printed "stain." The inner sleeve shows the band as sailors out for a good time, and as an extra bonus the LP included a paper "book cover" that could be folded and used as a book jacket. An unrestored record with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as slight edge wear, or light creases on the box, small tears in the sleeve holding the record, and some toning in book cover. Please see full-color, enlargeable image above for more details. Very Fine-.
