Moscow Music Peace Festival (MTV, 1989). Folded, Very Fine. Poster (22" X 33") Peter Max Artwork. Rock and Roll.
Featuring some of the best hard-rock performers of 1980s, this poster advertises for MTV's Moscow Music Peace Festival which took place in Moscow, Soviet Union August 13th, 1989. The festival was a large benefit for MADF, the Make a Difference Foundation, aiming to promote peace and unity, especially in fighting Russia's fierce drug war. Among the many acts included superstar performers such as Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Skid Row, Cinderella, and Ozzy Osbourne, all kings of rock in their own right. An unrestored poster with bright color and a clean overall appearance. It may have general signs of use, such as slight edge and fold wear, pinpoint crossfold separations, light creases, or small surface scuffs.
