    Description

Blue Cheer & Country Joe and the Fish at the Avalon Ballroom (Family Dog, 1967). Concert Window Card (11" X 28") 1st Printing. Rock and Roll.
Featuring a pre-concert first printing window card for headliner Blue Cheer with Country Joe and the Fish, Lee Michaels, The Flamin' Groovies, Mad River, and Mt. Rushmore, who all performed at the legendary Avalon Ballroom on December 31, 1967. Designed by one of the great psychedelic artists of the times, Bob Schnept, with photographer Thomas Weir, this concert window card blends the two styles in with exceptional lettering and exquisite imagery. An unrestored window card with good color and an overall very presentable appearance. It may have edge and fold wear, minor nicks and tears, some paper lifts, surface scuffs, creases, minor stains, and/or some fold separation. There are tape stains, paper lifts and signs of toning on the verso of the card. Please see full-color, enlargeable image above for more details. Folded, Fine-.
