DescriptionRobbers' Roost (Fox, 1932). One Sheet (28.5" X 41").
Based off of the novel of the same name by Western author Zane Grey, this picture starred George O'Brien as an outlaw imprisoned when he tries to warn the sheriff of a cattle rustling ring. Maureen O'Sullivan co-stars as his lady love and redeeming influence, with David Howard and Louis King directing. Printed in bright stone litho colors, this Heritage first features a great portrait of the leading pair, and has had professional touchup to the folds, a few small tears in the left border, and to the top and bottom right corners. The linen has been trimmed to the border. Unaddressed wear includes a small stain in the bottom right corner, some faint writing bleedthrough in the right border, and a post-restoration crease in the upper left background. Very Fine- on Linen.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
