DescriptionRevenge of the Jedi (20th Century Fox, 1982). Rolled, Very Fine+. One Sheet (27" X 41") Advance Dated Style, Drew Struzan Artwork.
The third installment in the Star Wars trilogy was originally titled Revenge of the Jedi, until creator George Lucas realized that revenge was a concept that would be out of character for his chivalric knights. The title was changed to Return of the Jedi, but not before a number of advance posters were released with the original title. As one of the few artifacts bearing this name, these posters are in high demand by Star Wars collectors worldwide. The only issue to be seen on this sci-fi classic is some soft surface rippling on the right side.
Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
