Ran (Toho, 1985). Near Mint. Japanese Lobby Card Set of 8 (10.5" X 14.5").
With some of acclaimed director Akira Kurosawa's most striking and beautiful imagery ever put on film, Ran is a cinematic achievement that transcends genres. It is a samurai epic filled with some of Kurosawa's most ambitious scenes of war, and it is a human tragedy inspired by William Shakespeare's King Lear. These country-of-origin Japanese lobby cards depict just a few of the film's many gorgeous scenes. The cards have very light edge wear, and the original studio envelope is included.

    Estimate: $300 - $600.
