Pulp Fiction (Miramax, 1994). Rolled, Very Fine/Near Mint. One Sheet (27" X 40") SS Withdrawn Advance, Lucky Strike Style.Quentin Tarantino's wild melange of influences combine perfectly to create this time-warped intertwining of characters. John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson are philosophic hitmen who discuss everything from foot massages to Royales with Cheese. Their boss, Ving Rhames, is looking for revenge against Bruce Willis, a boxer who failed to take a dive. The boss' wife, Uma Thurman, and a lovey-dovey couple of robbers round out the eclectic cast of oddballs who make this film such a delight. This rare one sheet was withdrawn from distribution under the threat of litigation by R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, as the Lucky Strike cigarette package in front of Thurman was not approved by their manufacturer. This makes this scarce poster hard to find as a majority were destroyed. A number of "knock-offs" were produced for this design but we assure any buyer that this is the original poster. Though it may be difficult to tell due to its design, this poster's only flaw is light edge wear with soft creases.
