Description

    Pointed Heels (Paramount, 1929). CGC Graded Lobby Cards (5) (11" X 14").
An early look at two of Hollywood's most remembered stars of the 1930s, Pointed Heels features a young Fay Wray appearing prior to her King Kong fame and a pre-Thin Man William Powell before he became a cinema sensation. Supporting actress Helen Kane, however, was at the height of her film and singing career, and received top billing next to Powell in the films opening credits. On the other hand, leading lady Fay Wray has a smaller credit billed underneath the top line. Paper from this title has never been offered before at Heritage, and these lobby cards are in good shape for their age. One card has a grade of 9.0, two at 8.5, one card graded 6.5, and one at 6.0. These cards average a grade of 7.7, Very Fine-.

    Estimate: $500 - $1,000.
