Plan 9 from Outer Space (DCA, 1958). Fine/Very Fine on Linen. One Sheet (26.75" X 41.25") Lewis Artwork.
This prized one sheet hails from eccentric director Ed Wood's science fiction magnum opus, considered by many fans to hold the reigning title of the Worst Movie Ever Made. Of course, such an infamous reputation has made it a genuine classic with its posters in high demand. On another point of interest for collectors, Plan 9 also has the distinction of being the last one screen appearance of horror star Bela Lugosi. Professional touchup has corrected light edge and fold wear, slight fold separations, pinholes, as well as moderate tears. There were unobtrusive tape stains, extra vertical folds, a couple of small chips, and the borders have been partially airbrushed. The poster has two small post-restoration scratches in the upper left background. Fine/Very Fine on Linen.

    Estimate: $2,500 - $5,000.
