    Description

Death on the Diamond (MGM, 1934). Fine on Linen. Three Sheet (41" X 77.5") Style B.
This is a great first time offer for all you sports fans. Robert Young and Madge Evans star in this this whodunit set against the backdrop of professional baseball. Underworld elements are taking out members of the St. Louis Cardinals in an effort to fix the big championship game! Mickey Rooney, Walter Brennan and Bruce Bennett all make early film appearances in this action packed thriller, which was partly filmed on location at Los Angeles' Wrigley Field. This fabulous stone litho three sheet has had restoration to address fold wear with misfolds and tears, as well as paper loss at the borders. There is also some interior paper loss. The blue background at the top of the poster, the borders, and most of the white background has been airbrushed.

    Estimate: $1,500 - $3,000.
