Norman Rockwell World War II Propaganda (U.S. Government Printing Office, 1943). Very Fine- on Linen. OWI "Four Freedoms" Poster Set of 4 (20" X 28") No. 43, 44, 45, & 46.
Inspired by President Roosevelt's 1941 address to congress, Norman Rockwell created four paintings now remembered among his most iconic of his works. These posters display the four freedoms that President Roosevelt envisioned as the world's post-war foundation. There is touchup to the folds for wear and mild separations, as well as to some small bits of surface wear. Unaddressed is some slight toning and foxing in the folds. Very Fine- on Linen.

    Estimate: $400 - $800.
