My Man Godfrey (Universal, 1936). Very Fine. Lobby Card (11" X 14").
This beautiful "montage" lobby card comes from Universal's famous screwball comedy My Man Godfrey, starring Carole Lombard as a spoiled socialite and William Powell as her put upon servant. On one side, we see Powell waiting on Lombard's eccentric mother played by Alice Brady, while the other side displays an alluring photo of Lombard herself. Light touchup has been applied to pinholes in the borders and a few minor tears. The card still shows some slight surface rippling at the left edge and a few minor stains at the bottom. Very Fine.

    Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
