    Grease by Bronte Woodard (Paramount, 1977). Very Fine. Original Third Draft Script (104 Pages, 8.5" X 11").
    Adapted from a Broadway play by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey, the screenplay was written by Bronte Woodard from a story by producer Allan Carr and Woodard. This original script with yellow title wrappers, was owned by transportation captain Joel Marrow and marked with his name inside on title page. Directed by Randal Kleiser in his theatrical feature film debut, the movie depicts the lives of greaser Danny Zuko (John Travolta) and Australian transfer student Sandy Olsson (Olivia Newton-John) who develop an attraction for each other. Grease was successful both critically and commercially, becoming the highest-grossing musical film ever at the time. This original copy script has rainbow revision pages and is dated May 12, 1977. In very nice condition with the most minor wear and slight back cover staining.
