    Featuring a vast collection of photos of big band, orchestra, singing groups, and performers that range from the late 1920s to the early 1950s. Entertainers include Sammy Kaye and His Orchestra (featuring many featured performers such as The Three Kadets, Nancy Norman, Charles Wilson, Sally Stuart, Billy Williams, and Ernie "Cecil" Rudisill), Xavier Cugat and his Orchestra (featuring Aladdin), The Three X Sisters, The Les Paul Trio, Mel Torme, Spike Jones, Guy Lombardo and His Orchestra (Featuring Rose Marie Lombardo, Carmen Lombardo, Kenny Gardner, and Don Rodney), Donna Dae, and Dolores Hawkins. Also included are several photos from the contest event "So You Want to Lead a Band" hosted by Sammy Kaye which allows contestants to lead the orchestra. Photographers include Bruno of Hollywood, Maurice Seymour, James Kriegsmann, and Zinn Arthur. Unrestored photos that display signs of use. May include slight edge wear, creases, tears, unobtrusive stains, light toning, smudges, minor paper loss, smudges, and light surface blemishes. There are duplicate photos in this lot.
