Uncle Tom's Cabin (ca. Early 1900s). Rolled, Overall: Fine-. Theater Posters (2) (19.25" X 28" & 21" X 28") 2 Styles. Miscellaneous.
Presented here are two styles of poster for an early 1900s theatrical production of Harriet Beecher Stowe's novel, Uncle Tom's Cabin. Unrestored posters with good color and overall very presentable appearances. They may have edge wear, pinholes and/or pinhole chips/tears, creases and handling wear, smudges and scuffs, a few paper lifts, small to significant tears, chips/chipping, a few stains, brittleness, and trimming to the Uncle Tom and Eva style poster which has been addressed with a paste over that reads "Little Eva's Temptation." There are several strips of plastic tape on the verso of the Uncle Tom and Eva style poster. The vast majority of the wear in this lot is in the poster featuring Uncle Tom and Eva.
