    Description

Screen Stories and Other (Dell Publishing, Dec, 1948). Magazines (2) (Multiple Pages, 8.75" X 11"). Miscellaneous.
This magazine features Ingrid Bergman in Joan of Arc on the cover. Inside there are full page ads for Force of Evil, The Snake Pit, June Bride, Miss Tatlocks Millions, Rogues Regiment. There are full page color photos of Laraine Day, June Allyson, Linda Darnell and Rex Harrison. Great articles about upcoming films and vintage ads with Elizabeth Taylor, Rita Hayworth, etc. The covers are loose and there are some light spine wear and small staple stains in the rear cover. Internally the magazine is excellent. Also included in this lot is the May, 1947 issue of Movie Life with a fashion photograph of Ingrid Bergman on the cover. There are full page ads for it Happened in Brooklyn, The Guilt of Janet Ames, Stallion Road, It Happened on 5th Avenue, Framed, The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. There are full page photos of Tommy Dorsey and Perry Como, Adele Mara, Carmen Miranda, Ingrid Bergman, Mortimer Snerd and Jane Wyman, Gail Russell and Guy Madison, Betty Grable and Victor Mature, and many more. Great vintage ads in both magazines. Both magazines have wear on the covers and spine with small scratches, tears, and scuffs. Internally the pages are excellent. Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Fine.
