    Description

Sandra Dee and Bobby Darin in "Come September" by Leo Fuchs. (Universal International, 1961). Photos (3) (9.5" X 12.25"). Miscellaneous.
These are very rare, vintage gelatin silver, double weight, glossy behind-the-scenes shots taken by the legendary Leo Fuchs, on the set of Come September (Universal, 1961). Fuchs, a favorite amongst celebrities, was always given free rein to photograph the stars "at play," because''' he was smart enough to always show the proofs to the celebrities, and never printed anything they didn't like. Very few copies of these would have been printed, as they were only for the Globe or Movie Life to use. They have Fuchs' notes on the verso with roll numbers/ negative numbers, etc. There is also a photographer's stamp, and the Globe and Movie Life stamps with hand notes. Unrestored photos with bright color and a clean overall appearance. They may have general signs of use, such as slight fold separation and fold wear, pinholes, or very minor tears. A poster graded Very Fine+ may still be on Linen, but this is the highest grade allowed for a poster in this state. Grades on all restored items are pre-restoration grades; Please see full-color, enlargeable image below for more details. Very Fine.
