Paramount Exhibitor Portfolio (Paramount, 1925-1926). Portfolio (112 Pages, 9.75" X 12.5").
Paramount's The Golden Forty portfolio was used to herald the forty pictures planned for release from the studio during the 1925 through 1926 season. These forty pictures were promoted on individual, full color plates and the book ran 112 (double-sided, loose leaf) pages long. Included are such films as Conquered, Beggar on Horseback, The Ten Commandments, The Pony Express and Cobra, and include such stars as Rudolph Valentino, Gloria Swanson, Bebe Daniels and Pola Negri. Also included is a great two page spread of the 24 sheet posters for five of the "golden forty" films offered. A few of the pages have slight residue from being taped up at one time and the folder has edge and fold wear. Fine+.
