    Offered are several beautiful portrait posters of various stars advertising the Blackgama mink line of products with photography done by Richard Avedon and Bill King. The posters themselves are from a 1980s run of the "What Becomes a Legend Most?" ad campaign, ranging in date from 1981 to 1985 and featuring first printing posters of Elizabeth Taylor, Lucille Ball, Dinah Shore, Sophia Loren, and Luciano Pavarotti, as well as second printing posters of Liza Minelli, Dianna Ross, and Barbra Streisand. Also offered is the paperback book What Becomes a Legend Most? The Blackgama Story by Peter Rogers showcasing several portraits and describing stories of the photo shoots (Fireside, 1979). Unrestored items with a clean overall appearances. They may have general signs of use, such as slight edge and spine wear, mild spine cracks, soft creases, small surface scuffs, faint smudges, or very minor tears.
