Alan Ladd Lot (Various, 1940s - 1960s). Overall: Very Fine-. Color Stills & Photos (42) (8" X 10"). Miscellaneous.
Presented in this lot is a collection of color stills, studio release photos, and a couple of restrike photos from a variety of Alan Ladd films including The Black Knight (Columbia, 1954), The Badlanders (MGM, 1958), The Carpetbaggers (Paramount, 1964), Appointment with Danger (Paramount, 1951), Wild Harvest (Paramount, 1947), and Whispering Smith (Paramount, 1948 & R-1956). Unrestored items with bright color and clean overall appearances. They may have general signs of use, such as slight edge and corner wear, pinholes with tears, moderate creases, some handling wear, mostly minor smudges, scuffs, and tears, a couple of chips and stains, light toning to some photos, and strips of white tape at the bottom borders and on the verso of one of the Appointment with Danger photos. There are also a strip of masking tape at the top left corner of one of the Wild Harvest photos that wraps around to the verso. Please note that there are a few duplicate items in this lot.
