Description

Lolita (MGM, 1962). CGC Graded Lobby Card Set of 8 (11" X 14").
Director Stanley Kubrick was forced to walk a very fine line when he brought Vladimir Nabokov's controversial novel, about college professor James Mason who falls in love with underage beauty Sue Lyon, to the silver screen. The fact that he was able to do so, making a screen classic at the same time, is a testament to his skill as a cinematic auteur. Offered here is a beautiful set of lobby cards for this important film. CGC grades for the cards are as follows: cards # 1 and #4 grade 9.4; # 3, #7, #8 grade 9.2; #2 (spots in the border) and #6 (smudge and stain in the border) grade 8.5; and # 5 grades 8.0. CGC Graded Very Fine+.
