    Let's Get a Divorce (Paramount, 1918). Folded, Fine+. Three Sheet (41" X 79").
A stage actress first and foremost, Billie Burke began her acting career in 1910 and soon became the toast of Broadway, performing in such plays as Suzanne, The Runaway, and The Land of Promise. Burke married legendary producer Florenz Ziegfeld Jr. in 1913 and made her Hollywood debut three years later in 1916. She became popular starring in many comedies over the next four decades and is especially remembered for her role as Glinda, the Good Witch of the North in The Wizard of Oz. A lovely example of stone litho printing, this stone litho poster shows edge and fold wear, mild fold separations, moderate tears, and small chips. The upper panel has staining at the top edge that extends into the background, and each panel has soft surface rippling, as well as some toning. The middle panel displays the most toning and has some brittleness in the borders and folds. There are small pieces of archival tape bracing tears and reattached chips on the verso. Folded, Fine+.

    Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
