You Only Live Twice (United Artists, 1967). French Grande (47" X 63") Style A.This was the first James Bond film to take creative liberties with Fleming's novel and expand the series into the ultra-special effects and over-the-top plot lines that would become a staple of the films for years. The screenplay was by fantasy author Roald Dahl (Willy Wonka). This French grande has pinholes in the borders, edge wear and crossfold separations. The marvelous art is by Frank McCarthy and Robert McGinnis. Folded, Very Fine-.
