Thunderball (United Artists, 1965). Folded, Very Fine+. Italian Photobusta Set of 12 (26.5" X 18.25") With Original Studio Envelope. Averardo Ciriello Border Artwork.In military parlance, a "thunderball" refers to the mushroom cloud seen during atomic bomb tests. The term is apt as, in this movie, James Bond (Sean Connery) seeks to recover a pair of nuclear warheads stolen by SPECTRE agent Emilio Largo (Adolfo Celi) as part of an international extortion scheme. In near perfect condition, these photobustas show only light creases and very minor edge wear. Several have studio number punches. The original studio envelope shows a greater degree of wear, but does not affect the grade.
