    Description

    James Bond Secret Agent 007: Goldfinger & Thunderball Figurine Lot (Gilbert Toys, 1965). Painted Plastic Figurines (7) (1.5" X 3" - 3" X 3") in Original Blister Packs (5" X 7"). James Bond.
Offered is a delightful assortment of characters from Ian Fleming's Goldfinger and Thunderball, manufactured in Portugal in 1965 by Gilbert Toys, for Glidrose and Eon Productions. We have Sean Connery as James Bond, dressed to impress in his scuba gear (replete with spear gun), along with Bond's brilliant boss "M" (Bernard Lee), Odd Job and his dangerous derby (Harold Sakata), loyal Gal-Friday Moneypenny (Lois Maxwell), Claudine Auger as the dangerous Domino, and the cruel one-eyed villain Emilio Largo (Adolfo Celi). The figurines remain encased in their packaging, which displays signs of use. This may include varying degrees of edge wear, creases, faint smudges, limited adhesive stains, unobtrusive bubble-dings, or mild card-warping. Three of the cards are missing the upper hanging segment, and one card has a segment which has been torn and reattached with cellophane tape. There is a duplicate Moneypenny, which also shows more moderate packaging wear. The card has an enlarged pinhole in the 007 area, and the bubble has additional cracks, and has begun to separate from the card. Please see full-color, enlargeable images above for more details. Overall Grade: Fine/Very Fine.
