    Description

James Bond: Devil May Care by Sebastian Faulks (Penguin, 2008). Unopened Autographed Limited First Edition Hardcover Book in a Red Velvet Box (295 Pages, 8.75" X 11.75" X 1.75"). James Bond.
For the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ian Fleming, the creator of James Bond, Penguin Books authorized a James Bond continuation novel by author Sebastian Faulks. Faulks, who set the book after the events of The Man with the Golden Gun, ignored the influences of other Bond iterations by authors and the film versions and drew upon the stylings of Fleming. The book itself became the fast-selling fiction book after the Harry Potter titles. This first edition book (signed by the author) is encased in a boxed numbered red velvet box with hinged opening, complete with a certificate from the Fleming estate. It has never been removed from the publisher's shrink-wrap. May show the most minor signs of age. Mint.
