    Description

From Russia with Love (United Artists, 1964). Fine+, Folded on Paper. British Half Sheet (22" X 28") Renato Fratini and Eric Pulford Artwork.
Sean Connery makes a triumphant return as everyone's favorite superspy in the second chapter of Ian Fleming's James Bond franchise, much to the excitement of theatre-goers across the globe. Artists Renato Fratini and Eric Pulford combined their formidable artistic prowess in this fantastic country-of-origin half sheet, among the best and most iconic images for the franchise. It's not easy to find this extremely scarce poster, which Heritage is proud to present for the first time. Backed on paper and then folded horizontally, the poster shows signs of use including edge and fold wear, moderate fold separations, pinholes, and mild creases. Other indications of wear present is very faint image ghosting and some unobtrusive stains, including tape stains. There is a scratch in Connery's head as well as tears at the edges, two of which extend into the image area. Some of these issues have had professional touchup applied, such as a few of the tears, pinholes, and paper lifts. Fine+, Folded on Paper.
