James Bond burst onto the big screen for the first time with this great adaptation of Ian Fleming's novel, bringing with him all of the signature elements that made the exploits of the debonair 007 a smash hit series: the exotic locales, the license to kill, the evil SPECTRE organization, ubiquitous martinis, Bond women, and fast cars. Sean Connery immortalizes the spy's suave style, Joseph Wiseman's evil mastermind Dr. No is a great start to the series' slew of formidable villains, and the bikini-clad Ursula Andress sets the bar high for any of the Bond girls to follow. No advanced poster collection is complete without this original, country-of-origin quad - arguably the definitive 007 promotional item. Backed to linen, the poster received touchup to the original folds and breached corner pinholes. It presents beautifully, and is among the better examples we've encountered.
