Invasion of the Body Snatchers (Allied Artists, 1956). Folded, Fine+. Insert (14" X 36").
This unnerving insert, with its ominous hand print set against a backdrop of red, orange and yellow, is always a sought after item. Based on a story by Jack Finney, Don Siegel's low-budget masterpiece about alien space spores intent on taking control of the human race is one of the few films that withstands the test of time and remains a truly chilling classic today. Collectors and fans of 1950s science fiction won't want to miss out on this always popular piece. The insert has edge and fold wear, pinholes, mild creasing, and a bit of inked writing in the bottom border. There are small chips and tears in the borders, faint smudges, and light tape stain at the top with a minor paper lift. Folded, Fine+.

    Estimate: $600 - $1,200.
