DescriptionI Was a Teenage Frankenstein (American International, 1957). Half Sheet (22" X 28") Albert Kallis Artwork.
With an updated twist on the classic Frankenstein legend, Whit Bissell portrays Professor Frankenstein, descendant of the original doctor, who has his own theories regarding the science of transplantation. When a bunch of teenagers are killed in a car crash near his mansion/laboratory, the professor seizes the opportunity (and body parts) to fabricate a ghastly new creation (Gary Conway) who, of course, quickly wreaks havoc. This lurid half sheet is a rare find for horror fans, and has signs of use like mild edge and fold wear, slight fold separations, creases, pinholes, and small tears. There are a couple of dust shadows, and there is a small chip in the lower left borders. Folded, Fine/Very Fine.
Estimate: $300 - $600.
